Combining high resolution cameras with our desire for big prints is wonderfully empowered by Canon’s 5DSr and their large-format IPF pigment printers. Too often, photographer’s wish for big prints are underserved by the limited resolution of their cameras and big promises about enlarging smaller files. Canon stepped up to that challenge with their well-crafted 5DSr camera.
Steve will review technology enabling these cameras and the craft needed to take full advantage of Canon’s 50mp camera. This talk will present opportunities presented by that high res data as we transform it into finished fine-art prints. Additionally, the versiltiity of the Pro-IPF printers will be reviewed with application and workflow suggestions empowered by the printer.
